We can’t believe it’s been one month already!

For the record, starting a new life with baby and a new job at the same time is hard.  Catching up on posting pics tonight…

We were most worried about how Daisy was going to react to the new addition.  We had heard that given the right introduction, a dog will take on a baby as her own pup.  So far, so good.   Daisy rarely gives us her belly, but at first opportunity she laid next to Emmy.   Daisy likes to lick Emmy’s head, we assume to clean her up a bit.  But maybe it’s to get the milk mustache off of her. All in all, Daisy is being a great big sister.  Every time Emmy makes a noise in her bassinet, Daisy walks over to check her out, then looks over at us to make sure that we’re paying attention.  So cute!
